Secluded 218 square foot tiny home located on a wooded 3 acre private property. I built this tiny home and lived in it for 3 years, looking for someone to rent it who will enjoy it as much as I did!

Most comfortable for one person, though it is still cozy and very doable for a couple.

Rustic in appearance and abundant in modern creature comforts with a soaking tub and tile shower, washer/dryer combo unit, dishwasher, and fiber internet.

On a Saturday, you might hike through the woods across Collyer Brook in the morning, nap on the outdoor sectional couch on the wrap around deck in the afternoon, and gather friends around the fire pit after dark.

Can come furnished or unfurnished! Any of the furniture featured in the photos can be provided; I have a pull-out couch, lounge chair, smart television, table with two stools, queen sized mattress, as well as ample pots and pans, dish-ware, microwave, linens, etc. if you are moving with limited items.

RENT INCLUDES: heat and air conditioning (mini split heat pump, cubic mini wood stove, ceiling fan), internet (high speed fiber), water, electricity and plowing (long dirt driveway). Full yard access with compost pile and ample opportunity for gardening. Potential for rent discounts if you can assist with maintaining and improving the exterior of the property.

RENT EXCLUDES: disposal and recycling (you can purchase a dump sticker from the town office for around $10/year), lawn mowing (manual push mower on site).

No smoking! Pets welcome.

Open to shorter/longer lease terms.

New mudroom addition for a busy family with lots of outdoor gear! The relatively small addition doubles the existing space without intruding too far into the garage. Very fun frame to finish project for such a lovely family!

Hemlock raised garden bed collab with Larkspur Design, including an accessible elevated planter with a hinged pest screen. Ground level bed with a window box style planter above at deck height for easy access to herbs while grilling! 🪴⛅️ Assist with the construction from Adrian Van-Der-Hooten 🪚

Before and after at my aunt and uncle’s home with three brand new windows and replacement doors! Nearly 20 windows replaced on their home in the past year. They tackled demoing the popcorn ceiling and installing new tongue and grove pine while the windows were being installed 🤩☀️
