We built this home (our Jameson floorplan) on a full basement with a nice 0.83 ac lot. It sold in just 5 days. After a wipe down of all the surfaces today and installing window screens it is ready for the new owners next week! Excited for them as they’re getting a high quality, new construction home!

2 more homes are about to hit the market in this same development. Be on the lookout 🫡

Yes this house does have a kitchen! 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️ forgot to add it in the previous post.

ALSO - we decided to keep some of the original tongue and groove ceiling trying to harness our inner Joanna Gaines.

Good idea to keep it? Or should have sheet-rocked over it?

Another one bites the dust.

This 2 bed/1 bath house went through a huge transformation and is now a 3/2. Stripped down to the studs and replaced all Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Duct work.

We love how this property turned out and is already rented. Glad to add it to the portfolio.

We have an additional 4 units on the same parcel of land that are at different stages of completion but will be hitting the rental market ASAP.

Masons and block on site = more foundations

Have 2 more homes getting started. There will be about 7000 block going up for these 2 homes as they have 9’ basements.

Not far from framing and when the homes will really take shape!

We refer to this floor plan as “The Colleen” and will be ready for the new owners Summer 2023.

This custom home is ready to close up and is coming along nicely. Once drywall is up we’ll be moving forward with flooring, cabinets, and you’ll really start to feel how the final house will look.
