Soffit removal + canless recessed lighting = instant kitchen upgrade ✨
We opened up this kitchen by removing the bulky soffit and installing modern canless can lights for a brighter, more spacious feel.

Deck boards need replaced? Recently replaced some rotten joist and deck boards for this client. Luckily on this job I only had to replace the joist and a portion the deck boards for this client that we had already discussed and wasn’t much worse than we had hoped. Outside framing was still solid! Now this client and his family can enjoy their deck again without worrying about their safety.

(Disclaimer- Treated wood has to ”dry out” for few months to a year before you can use deck finish/stain. So for this reason we were unable to do this for the client at this time)
