🏠 From closed-off and dated → open, bright, and built for entertaining.

For this kitchen remodel, we completely transformed the layout by removing 3 walls to open up the space and make room for a massive 10-foot island.

And one of the best surprises? Under the old-school carpet, we uncovered the original hardwood floors. Instead of covering them back up, we restored them and matched new hardwood into the kitchen after removing the existing tile—creating one seamless floor throughout the space.

Sometimes the best remodel isn’t just about replacing what’s there. It’s about reimagining what the space can be.

🚿 Complete Bathroom Transformation 🛁✨

From demo to design — we completely reimagined this space from the ground up.
We moved the toilet to the opposite end and built a private water closet with a pocket door, added a brand new bidet toilet, a freestanding soaking tub, and a custom tiled shower with frameless glass doors and premium fixtures.

We also installed all-new custom cabinetry, including a hidden hamper and double sinks (goodbye single vanity days 👋).
Finished it all off with new flooring, fresh lighting, and a clean modern aesthetic that makes this bathroom feel like a spa retreat.
