Our Marketing Team has grown exponentially over the past year! Please join us in welcoming our newest team members to Heartland.
🌟 Eric Valenzona joined Heartland in April 2025 as our Lead Optimization Manager. When he’s not crunching data and tracking lead conversions, Eric enjoys playing video games, cooking, and watching Game of Thrones.
🌟 Latisha Gray is our newest Website Strategist, specializing in SEO and digital content strategy. She lives in North Carolina with her wife and two dogs, Jade (a pug) and Guinness (a Cane Corso).
🌟 Josh Jeffries recently stepped into the role of Call Center Performance & Optimization Manager after four years with one of our Grand Rapids brands. Outside of work, Josh enjoys reading, playing video games, producing music, and spending time with his wife and three boys.
🌟 Amanda Olds, also a Grand Rapids brand veteran, now serves as Heartland’s Media Director. In her role, Amanda oversees traditional media buys and media partnerships for our brands. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling anywhere near the ocean, and getting lost in a good book.
🌟 Tyler Peck joined Heartland as a Corporate PPC Analyst, helping our brands optimize pay-per-click performance to drive lead growth. With over a decade of experience in home services lead generation, Tyler spends his free time visiting breweries across Michigan and traveling with his family.
🌟 Rob Ramsey rounds out our PPC team as a Corporate PPC Analyst. He finds the paid advertising space both challenging and rewarding and feels fortunate to do work he enjoys. Outside of work, Rob loves reading, exercising, and exploring new places with his partner—and fun fact, he’s currently training for a marathon!
