The SHIP is about to set sail! 🚢

The Tharaldson Family Athletic Center, aka SHIP (Sports Health Innovative Performance), is getting closer to its maiden voyage! 🌊

Valley City State University is making great progress on its newest athletics complex, designed to take student-athlete performance to the next level. The facility will feature a state-of-the-art weight room, locker rooms, storage, and dedicated training areas to support athletes on and off the field.

🏕️ ICON Basecamp: Learn Together. Build Together. Climb Together.

Last week, the entire ICON team came together for our annual ICON Day - a day dedicated to learning, collaboration, connection, and growth.

This year, we took it to ICON Basecamp, where our team stepped away from the everyday to explore new ideas, build skills, tackle challenges, and strengthen the connections that make us better together.

From hands-on workshops and engaging presentations to team-building activities and collaborative challenges, ICON Day gave our team the opportunity to learn together, build together, and climb together.

We believe the best ideas come from people who are willing to learn, share, challenge each other, and grow together. ICON Day is one way we continue to foster a culture where professional development and collaboration are part of what makes ICON, ICON.
