Finally!! Installed toilet, vanity lighting, and pedestal sink today. Looking like a nice bathroom for our customer. Final pics will be up Tuesday. Mavrik Design Llc provided the labor required for this small bathroom addition.

Made a couple repairs to our favorite work truck, with Ronnie and Berkey about 2weeks ago. Getting much better gas mileage now ;-)

Some fence repair is needed this week..... I’d say after investigation, this will be the last repair before needing replaced this spring. Will update with repair.
