If you have this same concrete precast staircase, and you don't have to pay to brake up and get rid of it. It can be used as a foundation for a new set.

I would like to thank Mark and Linda Saposnak for being so understanding and easy to work with. After opening up the house to add a window and a door to the new deck, we discovered the wall was out of square 3" over 48"! crazy. The house wasn't wrapped properly so there was a bunch of rotten sheathing. However the positive way to look at it is, the sills were not. now only 5 more windows to do. no help by mother nature tho.

Just finished this dog shed over a basement entry that has been flooding out everytime it rains. The structure is only one solution to a few problems the area has. The grade is pitched back to the house, so we have to do some underground drains to divert the water. However the homeowner wanted this first and loves there new entry!. Thanks Dick Hart and his wife Mary for the business. Great people to work with!

Here is a front entry that had a brick pad as the entry mat and a couple old 2x6 for post. We had to jack hammer the old brick and found that there was a huge hole in the rim of the house. We addressed that and installed a new paver mat and 2 new colonial posts.

The backsplash is glass tile with brushed nickle transition strip to finish the edging.

Here is a great reason why you should get rid of those ice dams. This was the result of a big ice dam that let go and crushed the roof below. However! The roof was only framed with 2x6. Way under specked. So we replaced all broken rafters, doubled them up, put in a new beam and joist hung everything. Installed a new rubber roof thanks to AJs Home improvement. Another great job!
