as well as an en-suite with a walk in closet and dual sinks. The second bedroom has an excellent quality queen size bed, and the third has two single beds. There is additional sleeping in the loft family room where the couch pulls out to a queen size bed. The upper level also includes a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and detergent for you to use while you are visiting. The kitchen includes all appliances, brand new cabinets and beautiful granite countertops. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need to be comfortable including ice machine, coffee maker, toaster, blender, popcorn maker, and iHome doc. Enjoy the beautiful maintenance free, large backyard with refreshing swimming pool, pool loungers, covered outdoor patio eating area, covered sitting and eating area, fruit and palm trees, propane fire pit and propane grill. The resort-like backyard is a wonderful space to relax and enjoy yourself. The living room has leather reclining furniture, 60 inch HD smart TV with cable, and wifi. Unlimited international calls to Canada, Mexico as well as throughout the US is included in the house phone. There is a bowflex in the garage for those who want to work out. All soap, shampoo, linens, pool towels, toilet paper, spices, condiments, coffee, tea, laundry soap and use of washer and dryer is included. Just have to unlock the door, and enjoy! Take advantage of Spring Training Season, Goodyear Stadium is 3 minutes away. Phoenix International Raceway is 10 minutes away. Westgate Entertainment District housing the arena and stadium, is only 20 minutes away.
