EffenessTile I have been in the construction industry for over 20 years. My specialty is tile I do install all types of tile from glass to stone.

My specialty is tiling which included but not limited to fireplaces, bathtub, showers, backsplashes, showers and floors. I also put in my own vinyl shower pans. I do all of my own plumbing, including sweating copper, install sinks, bathtubs & hot water heaters. I do light electrical such as changing out plugs, switches, and adding can lights. The first bathroom of 2026 is officially in the books—and it set the bar high.

We replaced the old tub with a deep-soak soaker tub, installed large-format 16x32 wall tile, and added an oversized shampoo niche trimmed with marble pencil rails for a clean, elevated look. The floor features 24x24 polished tile, paired with a sleek floating vanity.

To top it off, we installed a smart toilet and a smart exhaust fan with built-in Bluetooth speakers, all controlled by remote. The result? A modern, spa-like bathroom and another very satisfied customer.
