Installed a new exterior LED light for the neighboring building complex. Since the apartment was recently vacant, the owner decided it was an ideal time to remove the old pole-mounted fixture located at the bottom of the parking lot steps and replace it with a more modern, brighter LED light. I have to say, I completely agree with the decision, as the upgrade significantly improves both the appearance and visibility of the area.

Hopefully we'll be planting grass sometime this week. We installed a new drain tile, repaired the parking lot culvert, and cleaned up and stabilized the creek area. The grading is complete, and the site is ready for seed. We're looking forward to seeing everything green up soon!
