This covered patio transformation in Green Lane, PA has come a long way! 🔨🏡

What was once a traditional deck with a roof overhead is now a completely transformed outdoor living space. We removed the existing deck and enclosed patio structure to create a more open, vaulted feel beneath the existing roof, poured a new concrete patio with footings, replaced the porch posts, and built a brand-new staircase featuring Trex composite decking.

The result? A more open, inviting space that brings a whole new look and feel to the backyard!

This 500+ square foot second-story deck in Douglassville, PA completely transformed the home’s outdoor living space while adding a clean, modern look and plenty of room for entertaining.

A smaller deck that packs a BIG punch! 🔨

This 10’ x 14’ custom deck in Collegeville, PA was designed to maximize both usable square footage and yard space. By incorporating a recessed staircase, we were able to create a clean, functional layout without sacrificing valuable yard area.

For this project, we installed premium Trex Select decking paired with Trex Select composite railings and a custom cocktail railing board for a finished, functional look.

We completed the deck with black lattice skirting and a pet & child safety gate at the stairs—adding both style and practicality.
