Some days simple is good.

Customer called in with an issue at a new location. They are occupying an existing office space and warehouse, and it came with an ADA door operator. One problem, it didn't work when they posted the buttons.

Well simply enough, they are wireless button, and the batteries were dead in both the interior and exterior. New batteries and the customer is good to go!

We have some hot news to share, and we mean temperature hot on this one.

One of our customers lost the keys to their trailer lock, making it unusable. We quickly picked the lock and will be creating replacement keys in the comfort of our air-conditioned facility next week.

As a convenient option, we allow customers to drop off their locks for repair and pick them up once completed. Simple. Convenient.
