What has been your favorite part of the job? My favorite part about the job is being able to help our customers with emergency jobs or even just going out to check for a smell. If it’s little or big, I love being able to help in any way I can!

Before you head out on your next summer trip, take a few minutes to run through this quick plumbing checklist.

Check your sump pump and battery backup, since summer storms don't pause just because you're away. Set your water heater to vacation mode instead of leaving it running at full temperature the whole time you're gone. And skip running the dishwasher or washing machine right before you leave, in case a hose fails while no one's home to catch it.

We have a first at West Side Drain... **a THREE-WAY TIE!**
