Day 1 of building my business.
I officially started Cowlord Home Services on April 15th while still working full time as a carpenter. Every job you see is done after work or on weekends as I try to build something that will better provide for my family.
This patio hadn't been cleaned in years, and I'm really happy with how it turned out.

paver restoration completed! ✅

This walkway had years of weeds, moss, and dirt buildup throughout the joints. I started by removing vegetation and cleaning the pavers, then finished by installing fresh polymeric sand to help stabilize the joints and improve the overall appearance.

The result completely transformed the look of the walkway and brought it back to life!

A big thank you to the homeowner for trusting me with the project. He loved the finished result, and so do I.

Another project knocked out! 🔨

The customer removed the old lattice and wanted something sturdier in its place. I installed new backing, support pieces, and pressure-treated boards to create a cleaner look and a much stronger finished product.

Really happy with how this one came out. Simple upgrade, but it completely changes the appearance underneath the porch and should hold up much better for years to come.

Just upgraded the side-job arsenal! 🌿💨

Picked up a trimmer and blower to help with pressure washing jobs, landscaping projects, and general property cleanups.

The trimmer will make quick work of any overgrown weeds, grass, and plants that get in the way of cleaning, while the blower helps leave everything looking clean and professional when the job is done.

Always looking to expand what services I can offer and keep improving the quality of my work. Fun stuff!

Beautiful pressure washing before & after on this patio transformation.

Started by removing as much moss, weeds, and buildup as possible by hand, then hit the tough aggregate pavers with the turbo nozzle to break through the heavy grime and organic growth. After the full surface cleaning, everything was rinsed and cleaned up, excess water removed, and the patio was finished with a sodium hypochlorite (SH) post-treatment to help brighten the surface and kill remaining organic growth.
Homeowner was completely ecstatic with the results. Huge difference from where it started.

Had a bathroom slab that needed to be repaired after plumbing work left an open section in the concrete.

I dug down, cleaned out the area, packed the base, and poured new concrete to bring it back up and ready for the next step. This will eventually be leveled and have flooring installed over it.

Not the prettiest job, but an important one to make sure the floor is solid and done right.

Recently completed a kitchen tile project for a client while they were away.

All tiles were carefully measured and cut to fit around outlets and switches. I cut grooves into the drywall where needed, applied thinset, and installed the tile. Returned the following day to grout and complete the job.

Yesterday, a client asked me to build a custom shelf because the ones online didn’t fit exactly what she needed.

I measured, cut everything to size, built the shelves and legs, and applied a few coats of Nordic Seal before assembling the final piece. She was very happy with how it turned out, and it fit her space perfectly.
