Starting this job next week as long as the weather cooperates. Removing the chain link and replacing with a 3 board farm fence with wire fencing. 215lf of total fence. All wood will be painted black.

Started this deck repair today. Had to level out the front band, it was up in 1 spot and within 8ft it was down. Put 2 new post in concrete for support. Also got the stair stringers in and leveled. Post for bottom of stair in concrete also. Most of the bridging blocks are in.
