house remodel too many pictures to share. We expanded the bathroom and rebuilt the closet in the room behind it. We redid stairs and rails, flooring and fireplace hearth. It came out amazing!

This family is full of musicians. We double insulated the ceiling with Rockwool insulation to help sound proofing, it feels very cozy down there now. We added a full bathroom and put all the old plumbing in between the joists. We also removed the main cast iron drain from the basement all the way up removing and replacing all the toilet flanges.

Structural repair. We had to lift the house up to remove this sill plate that sits on top of the steel beam. The cause of it to rot was condensation from the ductwork.
