This Silver Spring basement had 1000 square feet of potential that just wasn't being used the right way.

Wood paneling, a drop ceiling, and a layout that didn't serve this family's lifestyle. We took it all the way down to the studs and rebuilt it in just 7 weeks into a space they now use every single day.

Custom dry bar with w**e fridge · Full luxury bathroom with blue accent tile · Open living space with media center · LVP hardwood flooring · Recessed lighting throughout.

Every detail was designed in 3D before construction began so the family knew exactly what they were getting before we broke ground.

If your basement has been sitting unused, you are looking at what is possible.

What does 'living in place' look like when luxury leads the design? This.

We just completed this stunning primary bathroom transformation at Midtown Bethesda North Condominiums and every single detail was designed with both beauty and longevity in mind.

Large format porcelain tile floor to ceiling · Hansgrohe brushed nickel fixtures · Low threshold walk-in shower · Built-in bench · Grab bars integrated seamlessly into the design · Hardwired LED lighted magnifying mirror · Soaking tub · Double vanity.

This is what 'living in place' looks like when luxury leads the way.

Does your bathroom have cast iron pipes or plaster walls?

A lot of homeowners in Montgomery County, Bethesda, Chevy Chase, and DC NW put off remodeling because they're not sure what's hiding behind their walls, or whether their older home can handle a luxury renovation.

It can. And we're the team to do it.

We replaced every inch of cast iron plumbing, took this bathroom down to the studs, and rebuilt it into a stunning luxury space. Burgundy vertical tile, frameless glass shower, floating shelves, rain shower head, LED medicine cabinet, and premium finishes throughout.

No home is too old. No project is too complex.

This kitchen used to look completely different. ✨

Before we touched a single wall, our client saw every detail in 3D, exactly how the finished kitchen would look. That's how we do it at AC Remodeling.

Custom cabinetry · Oak island · Quartz countertops · Subway tile · Done in 5 weeks.

This is what a luxury kitchen remodel in Montgomery County looks like.

"Every time I walk in, I still get excited." ✨

That's how our client describes her kitchen — every single day after her remodel with AC Remodeling.

She chose us on gut feeling. From the minute we walked in the door, she felt the professionalism and the heart behind our team. And 5 weeks later — yes, just 5 weeks — she had a kitchen that exceeded everything she imagined.

If you've been putting off your remodel because you're nervous about the process, this one's for you. 👆

✨ Primary Bath Reveal | Rockville, Maryland

Our design-build team at AC Remodeling completely reimagined this in-suite primary bathroom — turning a dated space into a spa-worthy retreat.

We removed the old built-in tub and replaced it with a modern freestanding tub and sleek floor-mounted filler for a statement look. The shower was expanded for comfort and enhanced with a custom bench, niches, and decorative tile accents that tie the whole design together beautifully.

This is what happens when vision meets craftsmanship. 💫

The biggest game-changer in this master bath remodel was saying goodbye to the massive built-in tub deck of the past. By replacing it with an elegant freestanding soaking tub, we instantly opened up the floor plan, making the entire room feel airy and spacious.

We traded the old gold fixtures for sleek brushed nickel, updated the vanities with warm wood tones, and added a stunning deep blue vertical subway tile accent for a pop of color.
