Check out our latest project. Prince George's County Correctional Center in Upper Marlboro, MD. The new kitchen contains approximately 12,000 gsf with a 1,000± gsf mechanical room. The facility will operate as an on-site prep/production facility equipped to produce and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner meals to a projected capacity of 2,000 inmates. Meals will be prepared on trays and transported to inmate dining areas on carts. The kitchen received all new equipment.
