Established in 1997, Mina Enterprises has been helping Maryland, D.C. Since that time we have grown in both experience and services. Today, Mina Enterprises is a Design Build firm specializing in custom homes, additions, kitchens, baths, full service home remodeling, and home maintenance. No job is too small or too big for our experienced team to handle.

This year has been crazy and extremely hard for many people. God has blessed our family and our business immensely. Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on our blessing and show gratitude. We are so thankful for so many things that we took for granted before. We would love to help anyone out who is struggling and can’t get a thanksgiving dinner together this year. We are looking to hire 1 or 2 more people to work on job sites. Must have experience in painting, drywall work, and light carpentry. Eligible candidate must have their own transportation. With this super cold weather we have been getting calls about frozen pipes!
Make sure your heat is on and running.
Your hose bibs should have been turned off.

A good idea is to open your cabinets under your sinks to let the heat from your house warm your pipes.

Run your faucets with a very slow stream at night to make sure your lines don’t freeze! (Moving water takes longer to freeze)

If your pipes are frozen shut down all your water first and drain your lines before it bursts and soaks your house. If you catch it early you can warm the pipe with a hair dryer before it expands and burst.
