We had the pleasure of returning to a past customer’s home for another project! We previously completed a home addition, and it feels so good to be welcomed back again.

So much of our work comes from repeat customers and referrals. Knowing that our customers trust us enough to call us again or recommend us to family and friends is one of the greatest compliments we can receive.

Thank you for trusting CDM Renovations with your home, not just once, but time and time again. 🙏

This project completely transformed the heart of this home.

✔️ Removed a wall to create an open-concept layout
✔️ Added a beautiful arched entryway for a timeless, custom look
✔️ Built a custom chimney to create a stunning focal point
✔️ Fully remodeled the kitchen
✔️ Installed brand-new flooring throughout
✔️ Freshly painted the entire space
✔️ Added a beautiful wood ceiling for warmth and character
✔️ Designed and built custom bookshelves for both style and function

Every detail was thoughtfully crafted to create a home that feels brighter, more spacious, and uniquely tailored to the homeowner’s vision.

Our client wanted to make the most of their space, so we converted the under-stair nook into a custom wine cellar, creating a functional and elegant focal point for the home. 🍷

We also upgraded the chimney, added additional kitchen cabinetry for increased storage and functionality, and enhanced the home's character with custom arched doorways throughout and paint.

It's amazing how thoughtful design changes can completely elevate a space while adding both beauty and value.

Thinking about your own home transformation? We'd love to help bring your vision to life.
