On this job, the existing ducts were in great shape. No rips, no tears, no leaks. Ripping all of that out would have been money this homeowner did not need to spend.

What we did find was moisture and growth inside the plenums coming off the air handler. That part was worth addressing, so the homeowner chose to have those swapped out.
