Santiago and Tonya Solorio have loyally been in the restaurant business in Moultrie for over 31 years, opening Lafogata Mexican Restaurant in 1990, then relocating and opening Old Mexico of Moultrie in 2007, being a Chamber member for over 15 years. The Moultrie-Colquitt County Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon cutting for Blue Willow Boutique located at 118 South Main Street in downtown Moultrie, Georgia. Blue Willow Boutique in now under new ownership. The new owners are Jonathan and Meghan Bryant. Blue Willow Boutique is a shop that offers women’s clothing and accessories, as well as products from local vendors. Their hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:30 am until 6:00 pm, Wednesday from 12:00 noon until 4:00 pm. The Moultrie-Colquitt County Chamber of Commerce recently held a grand opening ribbon cutting for B’s Country Store located at 1461 Cool Springs Road in Norman Park, Georgia. B’s Country Store is owned by Shaun and Blanche Berry. The store offers nostalgic candies, drinks, fudges, cookies, pickles, jerkies, jams, and jellies, as well as serving breakfast and lunch. Their hours are Monday through Friday from 6:30 am until 6:30 pm and on Saturday from 8:30 am until 6:30 pm. Meet Mr. Larry!
Mr. Larry is the owner and founder of JL Soviero Construction. This business has been serving honest and reliable work to Colquitt County for 20+ years.
Mr. Larry learned all he knows by growing up, watching and helping his father.
A little about him: He moved here a little over 20 years ago from Long Island, NY. He loves the Lord, and he ministers at the local jail once a week. Fun fact: Mr. Larry was a pastor back in NY!
He loves his ever growing family: Him and his wife Mary are about to celebrate 49 happily wedded years together next month. He has 3 daughters and a son. 8 grandchildren and 6 great grands. Having them all over for Sunday dinner after church is what makes him the happiest. The pup in the picture is our new addition.. cooper! He wanted a shop dog to come on rides in the truck with him!
He is known around colquitt county as a wonderful man, loyal, honest, loving and he gets the job done!!
I’m proud to say that he’s the best boss you could ask for.
So if you happen to see Mr. Larry and cooper around town give them a wave!
