Congratulations to Jennifer & Richard in Oxford Oaks on their new pantry. Here we took the small nook in the front part of the kitchen built a wall across adding crown molding, like the Pantry has always been there. Added three lower cabinet 12 inches deep for some Storage. Stained the doors to match the two floating shelves and counter countertop with some dimmable lights on each shelf. Great addition for their home having kitchen storage in the kitchen.. Thank you for your business.

Mr. & Mrs. Streu had us come back for some Lanai work. back in December we finished her, Wickham’s Feature Walls & Design wall in the living room. She had us come back and do a tongue and groove woven material pattern on the ceiling. She also wanted certain size cabinetry for her artwork so we custom built two large pantries, the corner shelf, and a lower cabinet. Added quartz countertop, and some slat wall for hanging items for her artwork items. Nice little workshop right inside the house. Enjoy and thank you for trusting in us. 352-978-3556.

Finished up a couple bathrooms for Mrs. Baker. Updated both the baths, with matching tile in both, new cabinets and new floor tile, and lights. Customer wanted a herringbone pattern on the back wall. Guest bathroom received a barn Door style frameless sliding glass door. The master is a seamless entry on the floor tile so nothing to step over for a safer entrance.

Congratulations to the Carter’s on their two new bathrooms remodeled. Here we removed all the soffits that were over the tub, shower and sinks in both bathrooms. Really giving it a higher ceiling and more open look. Large Soak Tub under the window with a nice walk-in shower. Both have sensor under lights for visits. A large 24 x 48” tile runs across the 10 foot wall around the corner to the closet. There’s a heat towel, warming rack around the corner. Beautiful transformation on these bathrooms. Congratulations to Phyllis and Jim on their new home and all the additions our team did. Here we have a 20 foot living room. Wall filled up with a Feature Wall wall cabinet cabinets shelving. We added LED low-voltage lighting on a dimmer switch. We built a coffee bar across the room in the corner of the kitchen nook. Added a backsplash with upper and lower lighting. New pantry shelving and both closets had custom built shelves and racks.
We also built a divider closet in the laundry room with tile above the washer and shelf. One of our greatest promoters here in The Villages we are glad you’re so happy.

Congratulations to Corley’s new bathrooms. They saw the work across the street that we did and wanted almost the same type work. In the master shower, we took out the glass divider added a tub in the back. Herringbone tile on the back wall behind the tub for an accent wall. Built a bench and tiled it for easy access from the tub. In the guest bathroom, we removed the tub and made a walk-in shower with the same wall tile. Installing a barn door, shower door as a nice accent. Enjoy your new relaxing tub. 352-978-3556
