Something I’ve learned doing this for a living…

The little things matter.

Something as simple as using a laser to line up your anchors probably isn’t something the customer is going to notice. But I notice it.

I’ve never been a “good enough” kind of guy. If I’m going to do something, I want to know I did it right.

And honestly, I don’t always look at a job and think about how much money I can make on it. I think about whether that customer is going to remember the work, recommend me to someone else, or call me again down the road.

That’s how I want to build Borrowed Husband.

Pay attention to the details. Do good work. Treat people right and the referrals come naturally. We don’t do any paid advertisement. It’s all on the backs of happy customers and we want to keep it that way.

Just a few few photos to capture the long process of drywall repair. It doesn’t capture the 3-4 coats each patch takes and the sanding in between, or all the prep work and cleanup involved. The idea is to lose the patch as the process continues, making you question where it was to begin with. On this one the clients didn’t have the paint and requested just the patches to be completed.
