🐾 **One of our homeowners has inherited a herd of cats...**

When Becky moved to her new property, she wasn't planning to become a cat rescuer. But the cats apparently had other plans.

It started with Sky, a mama cat who had been living outside for years. After Becky began feeding her and earning her trust, Sky eventually showed up with her four kittens.

And the family kept growing.

Becky is now caring for **nine cats** on the property, including Sky and her kittens, several young feral cats, and another adult cat who needed a home.

She's built makeshift catios to keep them safe and is working to get everyone fed, vaccinated, treated for parasites, and most importantly, **spayed and neutered so the cycle doesn't continue.**
