Some progress pics from our current job!

This big garage caught fire, but the bones stayed intact. A new roof was installed by another company and added 4 ft to the overall height. We’re installing drywall today and will tape, mud, sand and prime it all within the next week. Stay tuned!

Small ceiling repair and entire trim and floor installation for a bedroom in Oak Harbor.

Here, we had to skim coat the visible seam from the previous workers, install floor and ceiling trim, and install new LVP flooring. The homeowners will be painting and we’re excited to see the finished product.

Here are a couple things we did to help a couple in their rental property. A water upstairs had caused damage to the kitchen ceiling, so we patched and matched texture wherever needed. They will be painting the ceiling.

The water also seriously damaged the counter top, so we replaced that as well!

Finally, upstairs in the bathroom, where the leak originated, we replaced the subfloor and laid roll floor on top. They will be doing the new trim and painting themselves.

Check out this bedroom we skim coated for an awesome couple.

Their bedroom had wallpaper, and beneath that, some unusual boards. We removed what paper we needed to, filled seams, and skim coated the entire walls. Finally, a complete sand got it paint ready. More happy customers.

This was a fun one. This deck that was built over 30 years ago was in need of a facelift!

Most of the joists were still in very good shape. A couple needed replaced, and we completely replaced all of the deck boards and the tops of the railings. We were able to give them a great price and finished it in under a week. The homeowners were happy. Also, they were the builders of the original deck and did a fantastic job, which made it easier on us over 3 decades later.
