Reposting from January 20th. It appears that we've identified another customer who's texts were not coming through.

We recommend to everyone, when in doubt, call the number (419) 333-1135.

We use a CSR Management Software that manages our customer profiles and forwards calls & messages to my personal device. Unfortunately as stated, for whatever reason, not all texts make it through.

We have recently identified an issue with our software that caused a small number of customer text messages not to be received. In a few confirmed instances, messages sent by customers did not successfully reach our system.

We are proactively reaching out to all customers who may be awaiting scheduling to ensure no requests were missed. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us at (419) 333-1135, as our phone system has not been affected.

This issue has impacted only a limited number of customers. Text messaging is still available; however, if you have any concerns about your project or communication, we encourage you to contact us by phone so we can assist you promptly.
