This was a challenging but fun project that we are quite proud of. A complete gut of a downtown Frederick rowhouse that was over 100 years old and most recently consisted of three apartments. In returning the home to single family, we opened the stairway, demolished two efficiency kitchens and two bathrooms, added HVAC, all new plumbing and electrical. The new Odin Crossfit located at 622 North Market is officially open. This project is near and dear to our hearts as members of the Odin community. We were honored to take the vision of owners Jason and Allison Jackowski and help make it reality.

The new Odin Crossfit on North Market Street is going to be the "place to be" in downtown Frederick. The new 10,000 ft2 space will double Odin's existing square footage while maintaining the character of the building. We will have it ready for mid-December grand opening!!

Our most recent residential project in downtown Frederick. A complete gut renovation and demo is well underway. Three layers of plaster / drywall covering the brick and six layers of flooring covering beautiful hardwood!!

Our most recent residential project in downtown Frederick. Formal dining rooms are a thing of the past so we removed the dining room wall and completely opened up this floor plan to make the kitchen a very comfortable living space.
