Hiring: Construction Crew Leader / Job Site Manager (1099)
We’re looking for a Crew Leader who can take ownership of residential job sites and run projects from start to finish.
This is not a helper role.
This is for someone who can lead a crew, communicate with clients, and deliver quality work without constant oversight.

Responsibilities:
• Manage residential job sites from start to completion
• Lead 1–2 crew members and coordinate subcontractors
• Communicate directly with clients in a professional manner
• Keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving efficiently
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and clean job sites

Pay & Structure:
• $25–$30/hour based on experience and leadership
• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Steady pipeline of residential work
• Performance-based bonuses and opportunity for increased pay

Requirements:
• Strong residential construction experience
• Proven leadership or crew management experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Own basic tools
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the job site
