Locating fiber and gas lines ahead of the excavation crew.

We were contacted to expose a crossing location for a new gas line to cross over a main water line. The main water line was flagged and was supposed to be approximately 70 to 80” deep in that location. That was not the case. We located and exposed this water main at 39” deep. Finding it way off location with our hydro vac equipment vs finding it with the bucket of a mini excavator has two very different outcomes. One comes with a huge geyser of water and a long list of headaches and one doesn’t. We tunneled under this main so the contractor can now safely dig on either side and run his gas line under to keep it at its correct depth. Call us to dig the safe and smarter way.

Could you imagine the time and the back ache it would take to dig 2 foot deep worth of gravel in this little room? A water line was broke 2 foot below rock so we were called in to vac all the gravel out around the break to make for an easy quick fix. 15 min and we had everything exposed. We dumped the gravel that was taken out so it could be filled back in after the fix. We can turn hours of hand digging into minutes with our vac equipment, eliminating all the hard work and eliminating the chance to damage anything else in the process.

Its pool season, and nobody likes refilling a leaking pool. We were able to help narrow down and find the leak without completely destroying the yard, or damaging any pipes in the process. Our hydro excavation exposed all the piping and made for an easy repair.
