A Grade Above Others

09/10/2026

Please join us in celebrating Jim Schobert’s milestone of 25 years! 🏆

In 2001, Jim started with us as a ditch man on a utility crew. Twenty-five years later, he is now our Site Work Project Manager.

Through the years, Jim has always been someone we could count on. No matter how far the job site was from home, he never complained. He showed up, put in the work, and got the job done.

His dedication, hard work and commitment have played a huge part in the success and growth of A Grade Above Others. From the ditch to leading site work operations, Jim has always shown up, worked hard, and set the standard for what it means to be part of this team.

Thank you, Jim,
FOR 25 INCREDIBLE YEARS! 🎉
