Here is a repair we did where the previous company "fixed" this stack but really only shoved 4" pvc inside a 6" clay pipe and didn't bother to seal or band it any way leaving water to leak out under the concrete. Got all the broken clay replaced with new PVC and all connected properly so they are up and running again and leak free.
