Being a Notary of Public is preferred but not required.
Job responsibilities:
General office admin with a focus on material ordering and purchase order administration and reconciliation
Send material request out for competitive quotes after PM has approved material list
Compare quotes for completeness/availability, tax, competitive price. Identify discrepancies between quotes
Create Purchase Order based on quote and record purchase order in job cost spreadsheet
Check POs to supplier invoices for over/under charges
Coordinate delivery and shipping requirements with feild managers and suppliers
Position Requirements:
Full time
Work from home with one day a week in office
Excel, One Drive, Microsoft Office experience
Time management and organizational skills
Must be able to communicate with suppliers to resolve issues for example but not limited to invoicing, delivery/shipping, back orders, etc.
Position details:
Full time
Hours: mon-fri 8hrs daily to work no later then 5:30
Must be available by phone during work hours
Pay $18-$24hr based on experience
Benefits available after 90days
