Spring is when people naturally reset their spaces, clear out what isn't working, and make room for what's next.

When good isn't good enough.

Freshies 2.0 in Bangor didn't need a rescue. It needed elevation. A food program that was already working, reframed around brand, space, and intentional presentation.

That's a different design challenge. Not fixing what's broken. Elevating what's solid into something customers choose on purpose and come back for specifically.

Sweet Treats Bakery. Frankly Fresh Hot Dogs. Hot & Fresh Pizza. Every category named, branded, and given its own identity and space. Supplier visuals replaced with ownable Freshies brand expressions at every touchpoint.

The brand now leads. Every category has an identity. The food program finally gets the presentation it deserves.
