**WE ARE HIRING **
Stable Foundation Solutions, Inc. is a family-owned and operated foundation repair company. Specializing in crawl space, helical pile, push pier, and polyurethane injections. We are in need of respectful and hard-working individuals that are looking to be part of our company. Must be able to travel, Monday thru Friday. Willing to work outdoors.
FOUNDATION REPAIR/CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN- duties include but are not limited to:
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate activities of the crew
• Plan, implement, and monitor construction projects from start to finish
• Read and interpret plans and drawings to accurately execute construction
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, promote a safe work environment for all crew members
• Conduct site inspections and assessments, identifying and resolving issues promptly to avoid delays
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery/receipt of materials and services
• Communicate with clients, managers, and administration, providing regular updates on project
• Train and mentor crew members
• Manage accurate project documentation, including photos, logs and receipts
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
CONSTRUCTION LABORER - duties include but are not limited to:
• General laborer to dig, cover up holes
• Carry heavy equipment
• Do general construction
• Use and knowledge of basic hand/power tools
• Listening and following directions given
• Focused and Driven team player
• Operate equipment (mini excavator, skid steer, fork lift)
• Driving and maintaining company vehicles and equipment

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Valid Drivers License (preferred)
Ability to walk, crawl, kneel and stand for extended periods
Unrestricted lifting ability
Good communication skills
EXPERIENCE:
3+ years for Forman position
1 year (preferred but not required) for Laborer
