A few days ago a customer called and said they are selling there house and that their cedar beams and brackets need a touch up. My son and I went over and put a couple coats of stain after doing a light sand. Homeowner was very happy with the end result and one less thing that will need done in order to sell.

A Fresh New Look From Top to Bottom ✨

This homeowner wanted a clean, updated exterior that would completely transform the look of their home. By updating the color palette and adding a few finishing touches, we were able to give this property a modern, timeless appearance.

We applied Sherwin-Williams Snowbound to the brick, siding, fascia, soffits, and gutters, creating a bright and cohesive foundation. To add contrast and curb appeal, we refinished the windows, window trim, and exterior accents in Sherwin-Williams Tricorn Black.

To complete the transformation, we installed new exterior lighting and added fresh finishing details that elevate the entire home’s appearance.

This bathroom went through a complete transformation designed to bring a dated 1990s layout into a clean, modern luxury space. The homeowners wanted something fresh, functional, and timeless — and every detail was thoughtfully updated to achieve that vision.

This door was a little more challenging. When it comes to new patio doors. Older doors tend to be smaller than today’s typical sized doors. The inside didn’t have trim, but had drywall returns. The new door was wider than the old door as well. A little onsite engineering to make sure it fits with the same look as the old one did!

The client suffered water damage, and after a family member removed the siding, they were uncertain about the next steps. Our company intervened, removing all rotten wood and trim, and installing new sheathing, Tyvek, and ensuring a watertight seal. Fortunately, the weather cleared, allowing us to paint the area to match the existing finish. The client was extremely satisfied with the final result, which now blends seamlessly with the rest of the property.

Here’s the finished space.

This basement storage room has been fully transformed into a functional, customized home gym. We installed additional electrical outlets to support a variety of equipment, along with dedicated TV boxes for wall-mounted displays.

Enhanced lighting was a key feature of this project, with multiple fixtures and dimmer controls to give the homeowner full flexibility—from bright, high-energy workouts to a more relaxed setting.

The space was completed with all new LVP flooring, trim, drywall, and paint, creating a clean and durable environment built to last.

The homeowner was extremely pleased with the final result and excited to move in their equipment and make the space their own.
