🌿 GREAT LANDSCAPES DON'T HAPPEN BY ACCIDENT. GREAT PEOPLE MAKE THEM HAPPEN! πŸ’ͺπŸ‚

As another busy week comes to a close, we want to recognize the people who make the difference every single day at Thrive Outdoor.

Before the first mower starts, there's a plan. Before a property looks its best, there's a team putting in the work. And behind every satisfied client, there are people committed to doing things the right way.

πŸ‚ As we move further into fall, our teams are focused on more than keeping properties looking beautiful.

βœ… Maintaining healthy turf and landscaped areas
βœ… Monitoring irrigation and seasonal changes
βœ… Identifying tree and shrub maintenance needs
βœ… Preparing properties for falling leaves and cooler temperatures
βœ… Recognizing opportunities for landscape improvements
βœ… Communicating proactively with our clients

Because great landscape maintenance isn't just about what gets done today. It's about anticipating what needs to happen tomorrow.

From our Team Members and Team Leaders in the field to our Consistency Managers, Experience Leaders, Relationship Advocates, and Support Team, every role contributes to the experience we deliver.

And while our clients may see the finished landscape, we know the real difference is made by the people behind it.

πŸ‘ To our entire Thrive Outdoor team: Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence this week!

Let's finish the week strong and continue making a difference, one property and one relationship at a time.

🌿 TWO EVENTS. ONE TEAM. BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS! πŸ€β›³

The Relationship Team at Thrive Outdoor has been on the move, doing what we do best, showing up, making connections, strengthening partnerships, and representing Team Thrive!

🏒 PIVOTAL 2026 | Alabama Apartment Association

Wednesday of last week, Thrive Outdoor was proud to exhibit at Pivotal 2026, hosted by the Alabama Apartment Association (AAA) at the BJCC in Birmingham!

Representing Thrive at our booth were:

🌿 Levi Abney – Relationship Advocate, Birmingham Market
🌿 Liberty Ray – Relationship Advocate, Huntsville Market

It was a great opportunity to connect with multifamily housing professionals, build new relationships, and discuss how Thrive Outdoor can help property managers maintain beautiful, welcoming communities.

β›³ BOMA Golf Tournament | Canebrake Golf Club

Monday, we kept the momentum going at the BOMA Golf Tournament at Canebrake Golf Club in Athens, Alabama!

With our Thrive tents set up, Liberty Ray, Relationship Advocate for Huntsville, and Johnathan Shelton, Relationship Advocate for Fort Payne, spent the day connecting with industry professionals, building relationships, and representing our team.

Meanwhile, our Thrive foursome took to the course:

🏌️ Jackson Livingston – Vice President of Operations, Thrive Outdoor
🏌️ Frankie Reece – Relationship Advocate, Decatur Market
🏌️ Eli Freeman – Cerrowire
🏌️ Gavin Osborne – Madison Landing

We appreciate Eli and Gavin joining us for a great day of golf, conversation, and camaraderie!

🀝 MORE THAN NETWORKING. IT'S ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS.

At Thrive Outdoor, we believe business isn't built solely through proposals, phone calls, or emails. It's built by showing up, shaking hands, having meaningful conversations, and investing time in the people and communities we serve.

Whether we're on an expo floor, at a trade show booth, or out on the golf course, our mission remains the same: build genuine relationships, create lasting partnerships, and represent our company with pride.

A big thank-you to the Alabama Apartment Association and BOMA for bringing industry professionals together, and to our Thrive team members for continuing to represent us across our markets!

🌿 Investing in Our People. Strengthening Our Partnerships. Building for the Future.

Last week members of the Thrive Outdoor leadership and support teams attended Aspire Ignite 2026 in Orlando, Florida, connecting with industry professionals, strengthening partnerships, and exploring new opportunities to improve how we operate and serve our clients.

Representing Team Thrive at this years conference:

🌿 Lee Buffington – Founder & CEO
🌿 Jackson Livingston – Vice President of Operations
🌿 Brandon Stegall – Relationship Director
🌿 Becki Jackson – Support Director
🌿 Daisy Hernandez – Support Champion
🌿 Haley Potter – Support Champion

At Thrive Outdoor, we believe that growth doesn't happen by standing still. It happens when we invest in our people, embrace new ideas, strengthen relationships, and continually look for ways to improve.

Conferences like Aspire Ignite provide opportunities to learn from others in our industry, discover innovative solutions, and bring valuable knowledge back to our teams across the markets we serve.

When we invest in our people and our processes, we strengthen our ability to serve our clients.

β€œThe Work You Don't Always See” 🌿

When you drive onto a beautifully maintained property, you see the finished product.

What you don't always see are the people behind it.

The early mornings.

The equipment being loaded before most people arrive at work.

The Team Leaders planning the day.

The crews working through changing weather and challenging conditions.

The Experience Leaders walking properties and identifying what needs attention.

The conversations between Operations and our Relationship Team to make sure we're delivering what we promised.

And countless small decisions made throughout the week that ultimately determine how a property looks.

At Thrive Outdoor, we're proud of the landscapes we maintain, but we're even more proud of the people who make them possible.

As another week comes to an end, we want to recognize Team Thrive for the work that happens both in front of our clients and behind the scenes.

The landscape may be what people see.

Our people are what make it happen. 🌿

Have a great weekend from Team Thrive!

β€œYour 2027 Landscape Budget Starts With a Walk” 🌿

A landscape budget shouldn't start with a spreadsheet. It should start with a walk.

As property managers begin planning for 2027, now is a great time to walk your property and look beyond routine maintenance.

What will your landscape need next year?

🌳 Are aging trees or shrubs reaching the end of their useful life?
πŸ’§ Are irrigation repairs becoming more frequent?
🌱 Are there turf areas that continually struggle?
🌸 Could seasonal color or redesigned beds improve key entrances?
πŸ’¦ Are drainage problems creating erosion or standing water?
βœ‚οΈ Are there overgrown or outdated landscape areas that need rejuvenation?

Identifying these needs before the budget is finalized allows property managers to plan rather than react.

At Thrive Outdoor, we want to be more than the company that maintains your landscape. We want to help you understand what your property needs today, and what it may need tomorrow.

Walk it. Identify it. Prioritize it. Plan for it.

That's how unexpected landscape expenses become planned investments.

πŸŽ€ October Is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Throughout October, Thrive Outdoor joins individuals, families, businesses, and communities across the country in recognizing Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

For many, the pink ribbon represents something deeply personal.

It represents the women and men who are fighting breast cancer today.
It represents survivors and the strength behind their journeys.
It represents families, friends, caregivers, and medical professionals who stand beside them.
And it represents the loved ones whose memories continue to inspire us.

At Thrive Outdoor, we say that we're A People Company Serving Landscapes and the people part of that statement will always come first.

This month, we encourage everyone to take a moment to support those impacted by breast cancer, raise awareness, and recognize the importance of early detection and regular screenings.

To everyone currently fighting, to every survivor, and to every family walking alongside someone they love:

Team Thrive stands with you. πŸŽ€πŸŒΏ
