BUSTED!!! The state cracks down on drafting companys, non architects and permitting service companies in one of the largest cases of permit and representation fraud in the state of Florida.

Several Naples professionals, including well-known designer David Wainscott, are addressing permit-fraud cases in Collier County. Wainscott has agreed to a $.50,000 settlement resolving 63 counts, though there may be additional victims yet uncovered.
