💦 Pool safety doesn’t have an off-season in Florida.

☀️Summer may be winding down, kids are back in school, schedules are getting busier and before we know it, we’ll be into the holidays.

🦺It can be easy to let our guard down a little when pool days aren’t the center of our weekends anymore. But the water is still there.

One thing I’ve learned through this work is that drowning prevention is about layers of protection—adult supervision, pool fences, alarms, swim skills, CPR knowledge and awareness. No single layer should ever be expected to do it all. ❤️
