Most people assume a better view means starting over. It doesn't. 🌴

The cage you have is probably structurally fine. What's limiting your view is the screen panel - and that's one section, not the whole build. Swap it for clear vinyl and the backyard you've been looking at through mesh for years suddenly looks completely different. Same cage, same footprint, same permit history.

Floridians spend a lot on the view - waterfront lots, landscaping, pool design. Then put a mesh in front of all of it. Worth a conversation at minimum.

Standard anchors corrode. In coastal Southwest Florida, salt air gets into every fastener that isn't rated for it - and by the time you notice, the structure has already been compromised for a while. Stainless steel isn't an upgrade we charge extra for. It's just how they build.

Same with the screens. Super Screen's 10-year warranty exists because the material is actually built to last that long. Most screen products aren't, which is why most contractors don't offer it.

The difference usually isn't visible on install day. It shows up two summers later.

Arches, columns, travertine - every detail on this property had intention behind it. The cage follows that intention rather than cutting across it. That's not a given with every contractor, and it's not something you can fix after the fact.

The tradeoff most homeowners don't know they're making. 🌀

Bigger screen panels mean better views. They also mean more surface area for wind to push against. Most builders solve that problem by shrinking the panels. We solve it by engineering the structure to handle both.

You shouldn't have to choose between a cage that looks good and one that holds up in hurricane season.
