With getting shafted more so than ever on residential work, builders not paying when jobs are completed, invoices going unpaid, we will be gladly stepping away from the residential side of work.

It’s honestly more common for a builder or customer to not pay than actually getting paid on the agreed timeline. For our very few trusted customers and friends, work will continue as normal when needed.

We have tons of commercial work started on, lined up and future projects already in the works to be scheduled. That being said, that is our main focus moving forward and will be rejecting residential work from here on out.
