Going into this detached garage remodel, I knew it was going to be TOUGH. Six door openings that barely fit a side-by-side, and no clearance for a vehicle.
- One side was brick, other side stucco over brick. Demoed and repaired all openings. Looks like it always had been there.
-All new insulated garage door panels with side lift motors. House side of garage got glass on top row.
-Added stone across one side to match home
-Built a cedar trellis and sealed with a clear coat
-Added solar sconces to stucco, and some down lighting from trellis.

Another remodel to get this home updated and ready to sell. Previously did a full Reno on the new house he bought, now updating the old house to sell.
-exterior repairs and fully painted
-opened up the kitchen and replaced countertops and appliances
-converted kitchen cabinet to fit a dishwasher and repainted all of the cabinets
-new LVP
-changed out all door slabs and k***s
-fresh paint on walls, ceilings, and trim

Master bath remodel that was epic!
-Turned garden tub into a walk-in tile shower with bench seat
-Frameless shower double doors 😍
- Turned shower insert into linen cabinet
- New his & hers vanities
- Updated lighting
- New tile floor
- Fresh painting

We were brought in to repair a failed “floating patio.” Several things were wrong:
-concrete was level with living space allowing heavy rain to enter the home
-concrete had negative slope
-underneath the wood had rotted and was very over spanned

Our fix:
- remove all brick piers and brick railing (lattice)
-remove all concrete and “supporting frame”
-added piers and engineered beams
-steel deck added on top of beams

Now there is a step down from the living space to the patio

There is adequate slope to draw water away from the home

The brick piers and brick wall reinstalled with new brick blended in. Looks like it’s always been there .

So a very large tree limb during a bad storm created a bit of damage. Vinyl siding, fascia, and the roof got mangled. The deck, steps, and handrail destroyed. We were tasked to bring this back to life. Enjoy the before and after pics.
