Ryan came out to assess putting in a Level 2 EV charger for me. He was very respectful of my home and property as well as being a decent guy. Gave me a few options and was very knowledgeable about the differences and we weighed costs of the different levels of service versus the ROI. He was polit in letting me do some quick research to make sure we weren't doubling up on some items they may or may not be already integrated in to my home power system. I look forward to seeing him soon for the installation. Lipps Electric is my go to now for my certified electrician needs. Bravo!

Recently in our basement there were fresh water spots on the floor which appeared under the electrical panel box. Looking at the panel box there were water drops emitting from inside and coming from the exterior of the panel box.It was evident that this needed immediate attention. In searching for an electrical service company we decided to contact Lipps Electric for inspection/advice.An inspection/consultation was provided by Ryan who found the origin of the water source was from outside due to rain and when removing the electrical panel there was evidence on some of the breaker connections that this leakage had been occurring over time.Ryan advised that an electrical restoration was recommended in which he provided information in detail the entire process procedure. That Lipps would handle city permits and schedule any inspections.The installation crew of Mike and Henry was assigned to the project. Upon arrival Mike provided detailed information as to how the installation would progress and the approximate time for completion.Once the process began it was handled in a professional courteous manner, very thorough/labeled new panel clearly and provided an answer to any questions that we might have had.From start to finish the job quote was fair, crew was highly skilled and when complete the outside/inside areas were policed before leaving.

I’ve never used Lipps before. Chose to give them a shot based on reviews. Del came to the house to quote a new installation of a recessed light. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and insightful. Still tossing around the overall need of this fixture, but will no doubt use Lipps if I choose to do it.
