We just got our home plans back for Eden and they look great! Our new designer at Drexel was awesome 🤝

Shortly after close on the lot we will be breaking ground 🪏 and concrete footings the week of 6/15. We anticipate the final cleaning and list the week of 9/7 🏡

We’re still tightening in on budget but we have planning to list for an extremely fair price in the upper $300’s. Quartz, quality carpet & Lvp, soft close kitchen cabinets, designer vanities just to start. We also provide a dehumidifier with the home and a humidity control program to protect your investment. As of now there is nothing new in the area selling in that price range 💪

What a beautiful lot we have an opportunity to work on!

The lot is located in Eden and we will close in 45 days. We’re hoping to have permits in hand day 40 and the hole started just after close. We anticipate a finish/list date of mid August. Just before school starts ❤️

Last week was a reminder of how unpredictable Wisconsin weather can be 😂—a little bit of everything, with plenty of rain.

Even with that, we kept things moving on the Ripon homes 🏠
Lawn went in ahead of the storms, and we put together a strong day getting fence posts set.

Looking forward to more consistent weather and getting these homes onto the market 💪
