The Melrose renovation is starting to come together.

Demo was just the beginning. We’re now moving through the rebuild, and new LVP flooring is going down across the units.

There’s still plenty happening behind the scenes—paint, trim, cabinets, fixtures, appliances and final finishes—but this is the stage where these apartments finally start looking like homes again.

Another unit with floors down. More coming right behind it.

FLOORING SUBCONTRACTORS NEEDED — NATCHITOCHES, LA

Alpha Contractors is looking for experienced LVP flooring subcontractors for ongoing multifamily renovation work in Natchitoches.

This is production work with multiple vacant units — not a one-off residential install.

Looking for subs who:

* Have solid LVP installation experience
* Can work efficiently and maintain quality
* Have their own tools and reliable transportation
* Can handle full-unit installs and punch work
* Show up when scheduled and communicate
* Can provide photos/examples of previous flooring work

Pay is per unit / scope — not hourly.
Additional units available for crews who perform well.

Individual installers and established flooring crews are both welcome.

Ready to start immediately.

Comment FLOORING or message Alpha Contractors with your name, phone number, crew size, experience, and photos of previous work.

Yep, we’re in the “it gets uglier before it gets prettier” phase. 😂

DEMO is DONE. ✔️

The Melrose renovations are officially moving forward in Natchitoches. Old flooring, outdated fixtures, damaged materials — out. Now we get to do the part where it starts looking like somebody loves it again.

We’ll keep the progress photos coming, because the before pictures deserve to be publicly redeemed.
