You may know SRE construction for your remodel needs, but there’s another side of the crew you may not know about… lawncare & landscaping!

Meet Shawn Vandiver, Landscaping Foreman 🌿

If it involves making a lawn or landscape look its best, Shawn knows his stuff.

With 15 years of professional experience in lawn care and landscaping, Shawn has worked across commercial, residential, and industrial properties. From keeping grounds maintained and shrub beds looking sharp to handling fall and winter maintenance, he’s got the experience to keep properties looking good year-round.

Shawn specializes in grass striping, trimming, shaping, and cutting small trees, bushes, and shrubs, along with landscape and shrub installation and pruning. Basically, if it grows outside, there’s a pretty good chance Shawn knows what to do with it.

When he’s not making lawns look their best, you’ll probably find Shawn spending his time skateboarding! 🛹

We’re lucky to have Shawn on the SRE crew, bringing years of experience and a whole lot of know-how to every property he works on.

🎉 It's a special Meet the Crew Wednesday! Happy Birthday, Daniel! 🎉

A lot of people know SRE Construction for the work we do, but today we want to introduce you to another important member of our crew!

Meet: Daniel Gravitt, Foreman Carpenter
Today also happens to be Daniel's birthday, so join us in wishing him a very Happy Birthday! 🎂

How it all started: Daniel has been working in construction for over 10 years and has become an essential part of the SRE Construction team. His attention to detail, strong work ethic, and pride in every project make him someone our customers can count on.

His specialties include sheetrock, flooring, and framing, and whether he's building something from the ground up or putting the finishing touches on a remodel, Daniel is committed to doing the job right.

When he's not on the job, you can usually find him fishing, skateboarding, or spending time with his family. He's married to his high school sweetheart and they have a beautiful family. Above all else, Daniel is a dedicated husband and father, and someone who brings that same level of commitment and care to every project he works on.

One of the things we appreciate most about Daniel is that he treats every home as if it were his own. His craftsmanship, reliability, and positive attitude help make SRE Construction the company it is today.

We're grateful to have Daniel as senior lead on our team and thankful for everything he does for our customers and our crew.

A lot of people know SRE Construction for the work we do, but today we wanted to introduce you to the person who created the company!

Meet: Hayden James, Owner.

How it all started:
Hayden first got into construction when he and his wife purchased a home that needed work to live in. This sparked an interest in home remodeling. Over the years, he has gained experience by working on a remodel crew, and remodeling several of his own investment properties.

With 10 years of experience in construction, he specializes in home remodels inside and out including tile work, decks, flooring, painting, repairs, and more.

What started as a one man crew has grown into SRE Construction, a company built on SUPERIOR craftsmanship, honesty, hard work, and dedication from each member of our crew.

SRE Construction not only offers all of your home remodel needs, but now offers lawn care and landscaping services backed by a crew with years of experience in the field.

When he’s not working, you can usually find him golfing, fishing, working on cars, or spending time with family.

His favorite part of the job is helping homeowners transform their space.

At the end of the day, SRE Construction is more than just a business. It’s about ensuring each customer gets 100% of our focus throughout their project and we back our work with guaranteed satisfaction. “good enough” is never enough. We strive for superior quality.
