Behind every Isaac Design & Construction home is a family-driven team that brings together experience, creativity, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.

Isaac Design & Construction was founded by Keith Isaac, who built the company around a vision for creating homes with purpose, quality, and attention to every detail.

Today, that vision is a family effort.

Keith remains at the heart of the company he founded, while his daughter, Jodi Ballenger, and son-in-law, Seth Ballenger, have become an important part of carrying that vision forward.

Jodi brings the design side of each project to life, helping turn ideas into spaces that feel intentional and personal. Seth leads the construction side, bringing that vision from plans to a beautifully built home and working closely with our clients throughout the building process.

Three different roles. One family. One shared commitment to doing things the right way.

This is the team behind Isaac Design & Construction.

25 years later, we remember. 🇺🇸

Today, we honor the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the first responders, service members, and everyday Americans who showed incredible courage in the days that followed.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.
