GC here looking for QUALITY licensed/insured sub-contractors for my next 2,110' spec home (slight hillside condition).
At this time, I'm only interested in the following trades; Foundiation/Masonry, Concrete, CMU Block, Plumber, Electrician, Framer and Siding Contractors.
PLANS ARE APPROVED and permit is NOW ready to be picked up at the county!
I posted this last year but had a few set backs. I'm now ready to get started.
