Top Gun Garage Doors is a locally owned and operated company seeking a reliable, hard-working part-time helper / trainee to work directly alongside the owner.
For the right person who is motivated, dependable, and a strong fit for the company, this position offers significant opportunity for advancement, beginning as a part-time role, progressing into full-time, and continuing to grow into higher-level positions such as lead technician/Instsller and beyond.
💵 Starting pay: $19 per hour
📅 2–3 days per week to start

At Top Gun Garage Doors, our highest priority is making sure every customer is truly happy with the work we perform. Because of that, strong communication skills and some customer service experience are very important.
This role will start as a helper / assistant position. Responsibilities include job site cleanup, staging materials for installs, handing tools, picking up parts when needed, and assisting with whatever is needed throughout the day. Most importantly, this person must be willing to pay attention, learn, and grow.

• Comfortable with tools and physical work
• Willing to take direction and pay close attention
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have some customer service experience
We are not looking for someone with garage door experience. We are looking for the right person to train from the ground up, the right way.
For the right person, this position can grow into a full-time role and eventually into training as a garage door technician and installer. There will always be room for growth for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to doing a phenomenal job.
